Couldn’t wait till next Tuesday to share this. NY septet Naturally 7, currently based in Berlin, Germany, is a finely crafted voice dynamo. In the first video that is on heavy rotation on MTV Europe, the a capella group takes Phil Collins’s ‘In the Air Tonight’ and serves it with a fresh twist of beats. The second video is a demo of what they’re capable of with just their voices. The group didn’t just come out of the blue. They’ve been honing their craft since 1999. I’d say, in Gladwellian terms, they’ve put in their 10,000 hours.
