Can’t get any more non-guitar than this. But the lessons I took away from watching this, and perhaps you might as a guitar player, are: love of what you do, clarity about where your place is, honesty in the people you surround yourself with, and the willingness to fail can be your, as James puts it, vehicle to where you want to go. Taking control of your life and career is, frankly, just your business.
