iPhone Guitarist & Band

Bought an iPhone yesterday. The first stage has been the ‘I own an iPhone!’ hysteria which led way to ‘Hmm..impress me!” Enter App Store. For those of you new to the whole App Store concept, it’s basically a mass market of applications you can download – free or purchased – to use on the iPhone. Needless to say, I’ve spent a chunk of – a biiiig chuck – time playing around and testing out Apps.

How many minutes do you think I was into before I went hunting for guitar apps?  Mmm hmm. 🙂

Let me tell you how addicting this is…I have forgotten to eat dinner last night and lunch today – till now. When I’m back in a few minutes, I’ll be downloading MooCowMusic‘s ‘Guitarist‘ and ‘Band

Perhaps ‘Band’ first to see if the included guitar is doable. Unless I play with the Apps myself, this is all I have to share with you, a demo of ‘Band’. The ‘Guitarist’ app is pretty sweet though! I was reading a whole bunch of reviews of this and noticed the large number of whiners who complained about the sound, this and that, and some more. It’s a $2.99 app on the iPhone for Pete’s sake!!!! When you’re traveling, isn’t this better than calling your voice mail and humming ideas?

Hope you’re having a great weekend!
